The Earth Craft House program was developed by the Southface Energy institute and the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association as a partnership with builders to promote healthy, efficient, and responsible communities. As a builder, we choose certain elements of the program to participate in, and gain points for doing so. Earth Craft Certification is earned when the appropriate amount of points are earned and each home has been tested for air-tightness and proper construction.

 Healthy Living Environment:
            - Sealed 'building envelope' and ductwork for reduced pollution
            - Available Aprilaire Humidifiers and Filtration systems
 Responsible and Efficient Material usage:
           - Georgia Pacific engineered floor systems on first and second floors
           - 30% Recycled insulation content
